Haley Iverson is a native of Decatur, Alabama. Haley graduated from Austin High School in 2008. She attended the University of Alabama to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Information Sciences. While at the University of Alabama, she experienced three National and SEC Championships and was involved in campus life. Haley was the Vice President of Membership for her business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi. She also served as a Justice for the Academic Honor Council in her college. 


In 2012, Haley moved to Birmingham where she attended Cumberland School of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) While attending Cumberland, Haley once again served as an Honor Court Justice. She was involved in both Mediation and Negotiation competitions and served as Associate Director of Negotiation for the Cumberland Trial Board.


Haley works on a variety of legal matters, but concentrates on domestic relations cases, including, but not limited to: adoptions, original custody cases and modifications, child support cases and modifications and divorces.  She is licensed to practice before the Alabama State and District Courts. She is also a certified Guardian ad litem.  


Haley lives in Decatur with her husband, Phoenix, who is also a Decatur native. They attend Epic Church.
